Biography

I studied at Henley college before working for a first class pastry chef preparing French and Italian desserts.

I now have many years experience of top class catering having worked in leading hotels in Leicester and Coventry.
 

I took this experience with me to the renowned four star Hotel Leofric in Coventry where I was the Patisserie Chef for many years.

As well as providing high quality desserts and cakes I started to produce celebration cakes for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries for my family and friends.
